Over 42,000 registrations received so far for TNEA 2026

As many as 42,156 applications have been received till Thursday from students seeking admission under the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2026. A press release from the Directorate of Technical Education stated that they have received these many registrations from students since the portal was opened up on May 3. Out of them, 10,423 candidates have completed the payment of necessary fees for the admission process, and as many as 3,352 of them have completed the process of upload of certificates.
