A security guard at an ATM kiosk died after allegedly falling from a moving train by accident. His body was found near Penubarthi, located between Ponduru and Srikakulam railway stations. The deceased has been identified as Vankala Ramarao (40) from Amadalavalasa in Srikakulam district. Family members identified the body, which was sent to Srikakulam Government General Hospital for a post-mortem.

According to police, he was working as a security guard at an ATM kiosk in Korlakota, Amdalavalasa, Srikakulam district. He went to Visakhapatnam two days ago on personal business and was returning by train but reportedly fell from the train. Government Railway Police officials visited the area and are trying to gather information regarding the train’s name, number, and the time of the incident.

The recovery of Mr. Ramarao’s body near the Penubarthi railway tracks left locals distressed, as three days ago another body identified as Himashree Bora from Assam was found in the same area. Srikakulam police confirmed that the two cases were separate incidents that occurred on different dates and times.
