SIDA concludes annual technology conclave – SIDA Synergy 2026

The Software Industries Development Association (SIDA) conducted its annual technology conclave – SIDA Synergy 2026 – in Madurai on Thursday.

The event centred on the theme ‘The Global Leap’, served as a high-powered platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to discuss the trajectory of India’s software ecosystem on the world stage, said the organisers.

Chief Guest Vinamra Mishra, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, emphasised the vital role of small and medium enterprises in reaching the $5 trillion economy goal through international trade.

Minister for Commercial Taxes and Registration P. Moorthy inaugurated the high-tech product exhibition and lauded SIDA’s efforts in positioning Madurai as a rising hub for digital innovation and highlighted the state’s commitment to fostering a paperless, tech-driven administrative environment.

In his valedictory address, Ashwin Desai, Managing Director of A&T Video Networks and Chairman of CII Madurai Zone, urged the delegates to move from service-oriented to product-first thinking to truly achieve a global leap.

N. Suresh, Treasurer of SIDA and MD of Innervex Technologies, delivered the vote of thanks.
