Hundreds of devotees offered special prayers at Shirdi Saibaba temples on Wednesday on the occasion of Guru Purnima festival.
The devotees thronged the temple located near Ring Road of Vizianagaram. The temple trustee Karanam Janardhana Rao and others performed Ksheerabhisekham to the presiding deity and monitored the arrangements for hassle free darshan of the presiding deity on the auspicious occasion.
Kakada Harathi, Nagara Samkeerthana, Dhuni Puja and other celestial activities were performed on the occasion. Several devotees took up charitable activities in various temples located in Vizianagaram, Kannada, Pusapatirega and other places on the occasion of Guru Purnima festival.
