As actor-politician C. Joseph Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam established a clear lead in over 100 seats in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly election results, his father and director S. A. Chandrasekhar expressed happiness and congratulated Mr. Vijay.
He said he feels proud to be Mr. Vijay’s father. The TVK’s victory, without having an alliance, shows Mr. Vijay’s brave attempt, Mr. Chandrasekhar told a news agency.
