Tamizhaga Vivasayigal Sangam founded by Narayanasamy Naidu decides to back AIADMK in forthcoming polls

The Management Committee of Tamizhaga Vivasayigal Sangam has arrived at a consensus at its recent meeting to support the AIADMK in the forthcoming Assembly polls.

The oldest registered farmers’ association in the State with presence in 33 districts, the Sangam which was founded in 1967 as Coimbatore Northzone Farmers’ Association and subsequently renamed in 1970 as Coimbatore Taluk Farmers’ Association, cited the importance given by the AIADMK to its founder leader C. Narayanasamy Naidu, as the reason for its support at its recent meeting.
