The Principal District and Sessions Court on Thursday sentenced two accused to life imprisonment in a case involving the murder of a man near AC market in Nellore a couple of years ago.
The incident occurred on the early hours of October 15, 2024, between 12.30 a.m. and 1 a.m.. The accused, Goni Ramu (26) and Pasupuleti Sandeep Kumar (25), met the deceased, Vaka Ashok (29), in front of Om Narayana Adi Narayana coconut shop opposite AC market. While chatting, some heated words were exchanged and Ramu picked up a knife from his waist and stabbed Ashok in the stomach.
