Two domestic workers were arrested on Monday for allegedly concealing a mobile phone in a box in a bathroom at a house in Anna Nagar East and secretly recording a 28-year-old woman taking a bath.
The arrested were Sanjukumar Tandi, 21, and Ashok Kumar Yadav, 33, natives of Bihar. Two mobile phones were seized from them.
According to the police, a woman was employed to take care of a child at the house. On Monday morning while bathing in a bathroom used by domestic workers, she noticed a hole in a box. On examining it, she found a mobile phone hidden inside, recording a video.
Police said she immediately took the phone to the house owner, Lalithkumar, and informed him about the incident. Based on his complaint, Anna Nagar police registered a case and arrested the suspects.
