Velammal Group chairman M. V. Muthuramalingam releases the brochure of the new residential complex project launched by Vishaal Promoters in Madurai on Monday.
Vishaal Promoters Private Limited have launched a new residential project ‘Vismaya’ at Thoppur.
Speaking at the launch function, Vishaal group chairman R. Illankovan said the property was ideally located near the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) hospital. “We have plans to expand in this zone as there is huge demand for compact homes on a secure campus.”
As may as 156 residences would come up in about three years. Each of the 2 BHK homes would be constructed in 902 to 1,003 square feet carpet area.
Rajarathinam Illankovan and Arunachalam Illankovan of Vishaal Group said that ‘Vismaya’ would have a club house, multipurpose hall, indoor badminton court, creche, mini-theatre, children play area, gym, zumba and aerobics, among other amenities. Above all, the residential complex would have ample open space well-crafted for residents to have a connect with nature. There were also plans to have rainwater harvesting structure in the complex, more green space and natural light for residents.
With the RERA approval and other mandatory clearances obtained from the Tamil Nadu government, the construction would be completed in August 2029 and handed over to the rightful owners for occupation. The 98-cent sprawling property would have basement, stilt and 13 floors. Each floor would have 12 units.
The company had announced a special launch price of ₹5,999 per sq ft for the first 30 bookings, Mr. Rajarathinam Illankovan said and added that the response was encouraging on day one.
