The water level in Papanasam dam on Sunday stood at 94.60 feet (the maximum level is 143 feet) with an inflow of 151.04 cusecs and a discharge of 1,200 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 95.89 feet (the maximum level is 118 feet) with an inflow of 76.10 cusecs and a discharge of 495 cusecs.
