Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 111.50 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Wednesday stood at 111.50 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 200 cusecs and a discharge of 200 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 26.51 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 28 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,307.83 mcft.
