Water level in Papanasam dam on Thursday stood at 42.60 feet (the maximum level is 143 ft.) with an inflow of 86.57 cusecs and a discharge of 379.75 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar dam was 59 ft. (118 ft.) with an inflow of 35 cusecs and a discharge of 25 cusecs.
