The 18th all-India conference of the Students Federation of India (SFI) will begin here on Friday (June 27, 2025).
As many as 517 delegates from across the country are expected to attend the four-day event to be held at Aspinwall Courtyard near the Kozhikode beach. Veteran journalist Shashi Kumar and theatre activist M.K. Raina will open the delegate session at 11 a.m. Mayukh Biswas, general secretary, will present the working report thereafter. It will be followed by group discussions and an open discussion.
A meeting of erstwhile national leaders will be held on Saturday (June 28, 2025) at 4 p.m. Leaders such as Biman Basu, M.A. Baby, Prakash Karat, and A. Vijayaraghavan will attend the event. The delegate session will conclude on Sunday (June 29, 2025), where new functionaries will be elected. A rally will be taken out, and a public meeting attended by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will be held on Monday (June 30, 2025).
