The cast and crew of Baahubali, including director SS Rajamouli and lead stars Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, convened on Thursday (July 10) to celebrate the iconic film’s 10th anniversary.
The official X handle of the film shared pictures from the evening, which was also graced by MM Keeravani, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Shobu Yarlagadda (producer), Senthil Kumar (cinematographer), Prasad Devineni (producer), Srinivas Mohan (VFX supervisor), Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao (editor), Sabu Cyril (production designer) and SS Karthikeya (second unit director). However, the film’s female leads, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia, were missed at the event.

“As we come together to celebrate 10 years of Baahubali, we are filled with deep gratitude — for every single person who believed in this story, stood by us, and helped make it what it is today. This reunion was more than nostalgic — it brought back a flood of memories from over a decade,” read the caption of the post
“We fondly reminisced about everything that went right… and all the things that could have gone wrong, but didn’t. It’s those very moments that ensured Baahubali became what it is today. But this celebration isn’t just ours. It belongs to every one of you who carries Baahubali in your hearts,” it added.
The Baahubali films, released in 2015 and 2017, ushered in a new wave of spectacle cinema in India. The historical epics became one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time. The movies revolved around Shivudu (Prabhas), a young man who helps his love interest Avantika (Tamannaah) rescue the former queen of Mahishmati, Devasena (Anushka), from King Ballaladeva (Rana).
Interestingly, on Thursday, the two films were combined and re-released as Baahubali: The Epic to mark the tenth anniversary.
