Actor Raghav Juyal, best known for playing the antagonist in the hit Hindi actioner Kill, has joined the cast of The Paradise, Telugu star Nani’s upcoming film with director Srikanth Odela.

The makers announced the news on Juyal’s birthday on Thursday (July 10) with behind-the-scenes footage that shows Odela and Juyal craft the latter’s character design in the movie.

“We initially imagined a lean guy with a thick moustache for this ruthless role. But after watching ‘Kill’ and witnessing Raghav’s menacing performance, we were convinced he was the perfect fit. He brought a raw intensity that completely won us over. We’re truly excited about what he brings to this character,” Odela told Variety on casting.

The Paradise is a story of a rebellious man who grew into a leader, purportedly for the people who had been neglected. Variety’s report called the film “an examination of societal prejudice set against the backdrop of 1980s Secunderabad.”

Details regarding the rest of the cast remain unknown at the moment. The film’s technical crew includes music composer Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographer GK Vishnu, production designer Avinash Kolla and editor Navin Nooli.

The Paradise, bankrolled by Sudhakar Cherukuri under his Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas banner, is slated to release in theatres in multiple languages on March 26, 2026.
