Four held with suspected MDMA in Kozhikode

The Kozhikode City police on Friday arrested four persons with 2.7 grams of suspected MDMA. The accused have been identified as C. Jamsheel, 38, A.M. Naseeb, 21, P.V. Abdul Salam, 21, and M.V. Abhijith, 20. They were detained during a flash check conducted by personnel from the Panniyankara and Feroke police stations.

Sources said the four are suspected to be involved in a series of other cases, including chain snatching and robbery, reported in Malappuram and Kozhikode districts.
