Vid. Sr. K.N. Krishnamurthy Guruvandana Samithi Trust will present a veena concert by Shubha Santhosh on Saturday. Vinodh Shyam will accompany her on the mridanga, and B.S. Raghunandan will play the ghata. The programme will be held at Sri Jayamaruthi Temple, in Basaveshwara Nagar from 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
The Nadasurabhi Cultural Association will host a vocal concert featuring vocalist A.S. Murali on Sunday. The performance will begin at 4.15 p.m. at Lecture Theatre 1, located on the St. John’s Medical College campus, Koramangala. Murali will be accompanied by Nalina Mohan on the violin, H.S. Sudhindra on the mridangam and Omkar G. Rao on the ghata.
