Talks between Russia and Ukraine will begin on Wednesday (July 23, 2025) in Istanbul, a Turkish foreign ministry source said.

“The meeting between Turkish, Russian and Ukrainian delegations is scheduled to begin at around 7:00 p.m. (1600 GMT),” the official said.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is expected to deliver opening remarks at the Ottoman-era Ciragan palace by the Bosphorus.
