The Bangalore Airport Services Limited (BASL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bangalore International Airport Limited, has announced the opening of O’Vetra, a new lounge at the Tiruchi International Airport to enhance the travel experience of passengers.
Spanning 450 square metres in the domestic terminal and 620 square metres in the international terminal, the lounges can accommodate 107 guests in the domestic section and 150 in the international terminal with seating layouts tailored for both individual travellers and small groups. The lounges with restrooms are designed to meet the requirements of people with reduced mobility.
The lounges reflect the city’s identity through design elements drawn from local art, architecture and material. A kolam-inspired reception wall welcomes guests with warmth and tradition. Soft blue flooring mirrors the flow of the Cauvery.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout enabling guests to stay connected, work, or unwind, a press release said.
