
Students and teachers of Straightpath International School, Panakkad, celebrating their victory in the Lingua Fanta 2025 English language festival organised by the CBSE Sahodaya School Complex at Manjeri on Saturday.

Straightpath International School, Panakkad, lifted the championship in the district-level English language festival titled ‘Lingua Fanta 2025’ organised by the CBSE Sahodaya School Complex.
Straightpath School secured 216 points to win the competition, while the host school, Benchmark International, Manjeri, finished as the runner-up with 177 points, and Peace Public School, Kottakkal, claimed third place with 174 points.
Sahodaya Zonal President M. Abdul Nazar presented trophies to the winners, while vice-president C.K.M. Shibili presided over the function. In addition to a general category, the competition featured three categories for students from third to 12th standard. Around 1,400 students from 32 schools across the district participated in the event.
Peace Public School, Kottakkal, Benchmark International School, Manjeri, and Straightpath International School, Panakkad, emerged as winners of a short film competition held as part of the festival.
Benchmark School managing trustee C.C. Usman presented prizes to the category winners. general convener K. Unnikrishnan, general secretary M. Jouhar, organising secretary Jobin Sebastian, along with P. Haridas, P. Nisar Khan, K. Pradeep, Jasmir Faisal, Subhash Pulikkal, Ismail, and Tina Khalim, also spoke.
