While the Railway Ministry has announced the construction of the fourth railway terminal at the Perambur Railway Station, commuters have questioned the status of the third terminal in Tambaram, which is far from completion.

Announced more than a decade ago, the third railway terminal project at Tambaram station has been hanging in the balance for almost a decade, with the construction of passenger facilities progressing in a piecemeal manner, say commuters.
