AIADMK candidate for Dharapuram (SC) constituency, two senior functionaries among nine party members booked

AIADMK candidate for Dharapuram (SC) constituency Banumathi, senior party functionaries Pollachi Jayaraman and Dindigul Srinivasan and six others have been booked by the Dharapuram police for allegedly damaging the car of TVK candidate Sathyabama, and using foul language.

According to a complaint lodged by TVK local functionary Gayathri , the AIADMK candidate and others had, besides damaging the car, used vulgar words when the TVK candidate was returning after filing her nomination.

Others named in the case consisted of AIADMK members Senthilkumar, Rajendran, Deepa, Gomathi, Rani, and Muthumani.
