CREDAI will organise BELCON 2026, a construction and housing exhibition, in Belagavi to showcase emerging technologies in the constitution industry.

The event will be held at CP Ed Grounds, Club Road, for four days from Thursday.

It is the eighth edition of North Karnataka’s largest construction and housing exhibition.

Members of CREDAI Belagavi unit and Yash Events will be involved in the organisation, event chairman Prashant Wandkar and Yash Events director Prakash Kalkundrikar told reporters in Belagavi on Monday.

Over 1.5 lakh people are expected to visit the exhibition.

It will feature 180 stalls in a pavilion spanning approximately 1 lakh sq ft, showcasing over 300 real estate projects from Belagavi city.

More than 60 stalls from renowned companies and financial institutions offering construction material and home finance/banking services will be available.
