The body of a 25-year-old youth was found inside his house in Periyar Nagar near the New Bus Stand on Wednesday.
The deceased, Suresh Kumar, was residing with his mother, the police said adding that they were not ruling out murder as strangulation marks were found on the victim’s neck. Autopsy report was awaited to confirm the exact cause of death, the police said.
