The Southern Railway is in a state of readiness to invite tender for redevelopment of Coimbatore Railway Junction.
The Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA) is understood to have finalised the Detailed Project Report (DPR) envisaging expenditure of ₹682.65 crore.
Though initially mooted for development under Private Public Partnership (PPP), the Railways may go for awarding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) tender, according to sources.
