Four boys booked under POSCO Act

Four boys below the age of 13 have been booked under the POSCO Act at Vallam in the district.

According to police, the parents of an 11-year-old boy lodged a complaint with All Women Police, Vallam, on Tuesday (October 6), stating that their son was subjected to sexual harassment by a group of four boys who studied in his school on October 3. Subsequently, the AWP booked the boys under the POSCO Act and lodged them at the Government Juvenile Home, Thanjavur.
