Housemaid, minor daughter held for ₹19 lakh theft at Jubilee Hills residence

The Hyderabad have solved the theft of ₹19 lakh from a businessman’s residence in the upscale Jubilee Hills area, arresting a housemaid and her minor daughter.

According to officials from Jubilee Hills police, the theft took place at a house in MLA and MP Colony, where the domestic worker and her minor child had been employed. The complainant had earlier reported a smaller theft of ₹40,000 on April 24, 2025, which was later admitted and returned by the minor.
