Hundreds of devotees witnessed the Chithirai temple car festival of Sri Abirami Amman Temple in Dindigul, on Wednesday.
Following the special pujas by the temple priests to the deities Lord Padmagreeswarar and Goddess Abirami Amman, the temple car procession began at around 6 a.m.. The temple car was decorated with multi-coloured clothes, festoons and flowers.
