Aradhya Krishna, a Class IX student of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, No. 1 Calicut, has won a national level prize in the short video (storytelling) category for Classes 9–10 at Veer Gatha 5.0, a competition organised under the Ministry of Education. Her video traced the life and sacrifices of tribal leader Alluri Sitarama Raju and stood out for its historical depth and creative narration.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan recorded significant success this year, securing three national level prizes, including two from the Ernakulam region. Aradhya Krishna will receive the award at a ceremony in New Delhi on January 24, a press release said.
