The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department has extended the last date for submission of filled in applications for the post of hereditary trustees in 221 temples under its purview.
These temples come under Section 46(iii) of the HR&CE Act. The last date now is August 28, said an official release. The applications can be submitted either physically at the temple or sent by post before 5.45 p.m. on that date.
