Life Insurance Employees paying candlelight homage to the portrait of A. Kalyani Nambi, Branch Manager, who died in a recent fire accident in Madurai on Monday.

To pay a solemn tribute to the deceased Branch Manager Kalyani Nambi, LIC staff held a candlelight service at the City Branch 1 office on Monday, remembering her life lost in a recent fire tragedy
During the event, floral tributes were offered to the portrait of the late Kalyani Nambi, and a silent prayer was observed by lighting candles.
More than a hundred LIC employees participated in the event and expressed their deep condolences.
Insurance Corporation Employees’ Union, LIC officers, development officers, agents, staff, pensioners, GIC employees, and GIC pensioners, took part in the event.
Additionally, representatives from the Class-I Officers’ Association, National Federation of Insurance Field Workers, LIAFI Agents’ Association, LICAI Agents’ Association, All India Pensioners’ Association, and the Madurai Zonal General Insurance Employees’ Association participated.
The mourners recalled the officer’s professional service, dedication, and integrity. They stated that her passing was an irseparable loss to the LIC family and the insurance sector.
