The State government on Saturday appointed Mohammed Ikramulla Shariff, a 2016-batch IAS officer, as Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburagi district.
Mr. Shariff was serving as Joint Secretary in the Budget and Resources Division of the Finance Department before this posting. He will hold the charge until further orders.
