Mysuru Warriors booked a playoff spot with a commanding six-wicket victory over Shivamogga Yodhas in the DACSS Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 tournament at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Wednesday.
With the last playoff berth up for grabs, Warriors turned it on with a brilliant bowling performance. Captain Vyshak Vijaykumar, left-arm spinner Madhav Bajaj and seamer Arbind Rai scalped three wickets each to dismiss Yodhas for 66 in 10.5 overs.

The chase was straightforward despite Warriors losing four wickets along the way. L.R. Chethan top-scored with 26 as Warriors reached the target comfortably with 60 balls to spare. The result ensured Warriors finished with nine points from 10 matches to claim the fourth and final knockout berth.
It was a dramatic batting collapse for Yodhas, who entered the contest on the back of three successive victories. Only four batters reached double figures, while five were dismissed without scoring.
Yodhas, despite the defeat, qualified with 10 points.
The scores: Shivamogga Yodhas 66 in 10.5 overs lost to Mysuru Warriors 67/4 in 10 overs.
