On Monday (April 27, 2026) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had written to Delhi High Court judge Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma that he will not appear before her court in the Delhi excise policy case personally or through an advocate.
