Plus Two girl student found murdered; parents allege delayed police action led to her killing

A Plus Two girl student was found murdered near Kulathur in the district on Wednesday apparently due to delayed police action.

According to the relatives of the deceased, the 17-year-old girl student from a village near Kulathur, who was writing the Plus Two public exam, left her home to the nearby forest area around 6 p.m. on Tuesday. As she failed to return home even after an hour, her parents and the relatives started searching for her in the forest but in vain.
