A portion of Puttuvikki Road in Coimbatore caved in on Saturday evening (May 2, 2026) following a breakage in an underground drainage pipe. It disrupted traffic movement in the area for a while.
The incident occurred on the stretch on Puttuvikki Road near Sundakkamuthur Road junction, falling under Ward 80 in the Central Zone of the Coimbatore Corporation.
