Traffic congestion on highways leading to Tiruchi during NDA meeting

Heavy traffic congestion was reported on several national highways leading to Tiruchi on Wednesday as cadres travelled to attend a meeting of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders at Panchapur.

Supporters from various parts of the State arrived in buses, mini-buses and other vehicles to participate in the event, which was attended by leaders including Edappadi K. Palaniswami, general secretary of the AIADMK.
