A two-day Vendor Development Programme featuring products of women entrepreneurs will be held at the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH), Deck Building, Siripuram, in Visakhapatnam on October 2 and 3, said RTIH representative Prakash.
More than 30 women entrepreneurs from different sectors will participate in the exhibition and showcase products including clothing, handmade articles, art and craft products, food products, cakes, biscuits and other home-based food products, Mr. Prakash said.
The programme will be held from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on both days at the fifth floor of the RTIH building. It will also feature sessions on compliance requirements for entrepreneurs and marketing opportunities from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., according to the organisers.
The first day will include sessions on business awareness, networking and professional work, while the second day will feature product demonstrations, networking and opportunities for collaboration, Mr. Prakash said.
The organisers said special stalls had been allotted to women entrepreneurs to showcase their products and interact directly with visitors. The programme will also provide entrepreneurs, MSMEs, start-ups and business owners an opportunity to explore products, establish contacts and develop business relationships.
