Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 111.95 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 175 cusecs and a discharge of 256 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 33.76 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 88 cusecs and a discharge of 86 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,702.11 mcft.
