Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 112.45 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 1,012 cusecs and a discharge of 256 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 33.79 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 99 cusecs and a discharge of 86 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,783.37 mcft.
