Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 116.40 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 91 cusecs and a discharge of 400 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 42.82 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 105 cusecs and a discharge of 86 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 2,954.57 mcft.
