Drinking water supply by Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) will be affected in parts of the city on Saturday, in view of the cleaning operations to be taken up at Asif Nagar filter beds.
The old balancing tank here has a capacity of 1.36 ML and requires maintenance, officials said. The work as planned will be carried out from 6 a.m. on Saturday till 6 a.m. on Sunday.
