The All India Manufacturers’ Organisation has proposed to organise a seminar on alternate dispute resolution, arbitration, conciliation, and mediation for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME).
The event, to be held on July 12, will address issues faced by MSMEs who suffer disputes over business transactions, disrupting their operations and causing financial strain. Such organisations could benefit from arbitration, conciliation, and mediation as they provide faster and more cost-effective solutions that protect the organisation from further legal complications, said A. Ayyakannu, chairman of AIMO.
Mr. Ayyakannu said aggrieved MSMEs can file a complaint on the Samadhaan portal.
