Andhra Pradesh Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and NRI Affairs Kondapalli Srinivas sought bankers’ wholehearted support for the entrepreneurs so that many new industries would come up in Vizianagaram district.

Mr. Srinivas said State Bank of India (SBI) had been playing a vital role in the economic development of the State. According to a press release from SBI on Thursday (July 3, 2025), the SBI officials including Regional Manager M. Suresh Babu, Manager B. Srinivas and others met the Minister at latter’s office and explained the latest schemes announced for the entrepreneurs and others.
Mr. Babu said that quick processing of applications, low interest rates of SBI were the added advantages for the loan applicants. Responding to the bank’s special offers, the Minister suggested them to offer loans for the entrepreneurs who would come forward to establish industries in remote villages. He promised to extend support to the bank from the government in all aspects.
