The Pattinapakkam police have arrested a youth suspected of supplying ganja to 10 persons at a party in a hotel on Sunday.
The police mounted surveillance near a hotel at MRC Nagar and conducted a search in a room where the persons were having a party. The police seized 5 g of ganja, 48 mg of OG ganja, and 11 mobile phones from them.
The police arrested Jagadeeshwar, 34, of Choolai, Santhosh, 27, of Kolathur, and eight others. After investigating further, the police arrested Bevan Antony Frazer, 23, of Tiruchi and seized ganja from him. He stayed in Avadi and sold ganja that was procured from Andhra Pradesh, the police said.
