Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali, Dewan to the Prince of Arcot, was invited to speak as a keynote speaker at the 19th International Human Rights Summit 2025 held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on July 24. He shared insights on how education and dialogue can build bridges of understanding, respect, and lasting harmony.
Hosted by United for Human Rights and its youth initiative, Youth for Human Rights International, founded and led by Mary Shuttleworth, president of the Youth for Human Rights International, the summit brought together Nobel Peace Laureates, diplomats, youth leaders, educators, and human rights advocates from over 70 countries under the theme ‘Education for Peace’.
The invitation, endorsed by the Sustainable Development Council (SDC) in India, led by founder-president Datchanamoorthy Ramu and secretary general M. Gokulnath, recognises Mr. Nawabzada’s enduring commitment to promoting peace, interfaith understanding, and community upliftment.
