Chennai Metrowater will hold open houses to address grievances of residents at all its area offices across the city on Saturday (August 9) between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. A press release said such meetings are organised during every second Saturday of the month for grievance redressal.
Metrowater’s superintending engineers have been instructed to chair the meetings.
Residents may represent their complaints related to water supply and sewage disposal, water, sewer tax and charges and learn about the status of pending water, sewer connections.
Moreover, they can get their doubts pertaining to rainwater harvesting (RWH) and maintenance of RWH structures clarified, the release added.
