Walk held at Anna Nagar Tower Park

Cardiac patients, who have been successfully treated at Kauvery Hospital, Vadapalani, walked with their cardiologists during ‘Namma Heart Walk’, conducted at the Anna Nagar Tower Park on August 15. Anna Nagar MLA M.K. Mohan and artist Trotsky Marudu flagged off the walk. They were joined by senior cardiologists and cardiac surgeons — Anbarasu Mohanraj, Clinical Lead and Senior Consultant, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery; P. Manokar, Clinical Lead, Interventional Cardiology; and C. Sundar, Clinical Lead, Structural Cardiology. An Automated External Defibrillator unit for emergencies was inaugurated at the park.
