Pondicherry University said the admission will be made as per the order of merit/ranking from among those who report against the available vacancies.

Pondicherry University will conduct physical admissions (2025-26) for the four-year UG (Hons) B. Tech and five-year integrated PG programmes based on CUET(UG)-2025 scores in order of merit at the Puducherry and Karaikal campuses on August 25.
A press note said the category-wise vacancy details are notified in the University website.
Accordingly, interested candidates from the above-mentioned two categories are required to physically report to the respective Department(s) / Centre(s) on August 25 at Puducherry and Karaikal campuses between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, when the registration closes.
By their respective order of choice, the applicants with the required Test Paper Code (QP Code) mentioned in the UG admission Information Brochure will be shortlisted under the Preference-1, and upon the exhaustion of this list, candidates with the required QP Code but have not applied to the Pondicherry University will be shortlisted under the Preference-2, subject to availability of vacancies.
Reporting through online mode for admissions is not permitted by the University. Those who have not appeared in the CUET(UG)-2025 will not be allowed for admission. The admission will be made as per the order of merit/ranking from among those who report against the available vacancies. Candidates should come with all necessary original certificates and shall be required to pay the applicable fees immediately online, if selected, the University said.
