Take-off of the Spicejet flight bound to Dubai from Madurai airport was cancelled at the last minute after the pilot noticed a technical snag on Thursday.
According to airport sources, the flight was ready to leave with 130 passengers. After being pushed back to the tarmac, the pilot noticed the snag when the flight was getting ready for the take-off. Immediately, it was brought back to the parking stand.
After prolonged attempt to set right the technical snag, the airline announced the flight cancellation in the evening.
